WARNING!! For anyone unlucky enough to still work for these @##$^^. You will be training your replacements. They want to pay even less than they cut your wage. This is not speculation: THIS WILL HAPPEN! Believe it or not.

It seems odd to ask these backwards cap-wearing journalists to submit an old school cover letter and resume to work at AnnArbor.com. I would expect something more digital, like Tweeting your qualifications, a special Facebook page and an application video.

Maybe it means that the only things really "new" about this site are the titles and the wages.
