Thanks for the link. Tom did a good job, I think, of being even-handed in his assessments. I actually asked him to do it because in response to something Jack Lessenberry wrote about AA.com shortly after its launch, Gantert said an evaluation of the site should be made after a longer period of time. He was very kind to write it.
