Another link about the Great Lakes Bay newspaper

I just loooked up "chutzpah" in my personal dictionary: It says, "Chutzpah (n): Characterized by behavior that blatantly ignores the obvious i.e. when Dow Chemical defiles the air and water of three perfectly fine cities with its pollutants and then suggests it needs an image makeover."
